We procure, supply and install new radioactive source for various industrial applications. In cement, we have installed new sources installation for cement online analyzers in India and abroad. We carry out post installation source activities for cross belt analyzers as well.

Decayed Sources for Disposal

It is mandatory that the depleted/decayed / unused NG Sources must be sent for safe disposal as advised by the regulatory department in India. BORN Scientific has been successfully carried out source disposal activities for various customers in India.

• Upon request, we visit your site to check and carry out assessment on the sources kept for disposal.
• Our disposal activities will cover all the work related to safe transport of sources for safe disposal.
• Recently, we have accomplished source disposal activities for Cement, Steel, Power, LAB and Component Manufacturers in Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh and Goa.

Radiation Services

Our Team of Engineers will visit your site to conduct radiation protection services upon request. We have all the required tools for carrying out Radiation Survey and Leak Test at site. We do provide awareness programme on radiation safety to all the site personnel.

We do supply various types of Radiation Meters including the Neutron Survey Meter for industrial and Lab requirements:

• Supply Gamma and Neutron Survey Meters.
• Provide Radiation Survey and contamination check services on request.
• Our AMC customers will have all the radiation services included in the scope of the work.

Software Applications

BORN Scientific develops it own software for analyzer customers for various applications. Our detailed software integration helps customer to have more in-depth study on the analyzer data for quick process optimizations actions. We produce cost-effective customized software based on customer requirements.

End-User Training

We are well-known for providing product training to customers time to time during our visit to their site for maintenance or service work. However, we do have structured on-site training programme for customers in operating, system status checking and maintaining the Cross Belt Analyzers.
